Branded Promo Video development.
Mascot Brand content creation.
Custom content strategy development.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of third parties. The following is prohibited:

Copying, reproducing, or distributing Site materials without written permission.
Using the Site for spam or malicious content distribution.
Attempting to hack or disrupt the Site's operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software code, is the property of AIVIRAL AGENCY and is protected by intellectual property law.

Content created as part of a client order is transferred to the client after full payment in accordance with the contract terms.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

The cost of services is agreed upon individually. Payment is made in accordance with the issued invoice or agreement.

Prepayment is 50% of the order value.
Prepayment refund is possible if work has not yet begun.
After work has started, refunds are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Finished materials are delivered after 100% payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIVIRAL AGENCY shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Results of advertising campaigns launched based on the created content.
Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons.

7. Confidentiality

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
